The Town of Chazy is only six miles from the Canadian Border, so they enjoy skipping over to explore new worlds in their back yard! Chazy actually consist of three hamlets – Chazy, West Chazy, and Sciota. The neighboring Village of Champlain was named after Lake Champlain. No wonder, because they enjoy the beautiful shores of great Lake Champlain. The Town of Champlain enjoys Catfish Point, The Chazy River, Coopersville and Perry Mills (historical hamlets), Kings bay, Corbeau Creek, Point a Fer, Scales Point and Twin Bridges.
